Responsibilities
- Support deployment of the HealthHub rule engine, including website configuration, user training, and follow-up.
- Write condition-monitoring rules in collaboration with maintenance teams worldwide.
- Meet with maintenance depots, rolling-stock projects, and data scientists.
- Listen to users, understand their needs, explain existing capabilities, and capture requested enhancements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated customer-care, listening, and user-needs analysis skills.
- Knowledge of embedded systems such as traction and TCMS.
- Knowledge of programming languages, preferably DROOLS.
- Knowledge of software development, validation, and source control using ClearQuest or an equivalent tool.
- Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, Elastic, and Cassandra.
- Fluent English.
