Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable, high-quality technical solutions aligned with business and product needs.
- Solve complex engineering problems and improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Contribute to technical architecture by evaluating designs and defining technical approaches.
- Lead technical initiatives from planning through implementation, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Modernize systems, improve engineering practices, and introduce effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure successful delivery.
- Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges and drive mitigation plans.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software development engineering.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced proficiency using modern AI tools to improve engineering productivity and decision-making.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, RESTful API design, scalable service development, and secure, reliable backend systems is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of object-oriented design, software architecture patterns, databases, data modeling, performance tuning, and system scalability.
- Ability to lead technical design discussions, influence solution approaches, and mentor team members.
- Strong collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
