Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to meet business requirements.
- Manage application features and release processes while maintaining compatibility, stability, and performance.
- Design, develop, deploy, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in robotic process automation workflows.
- Integrate automation solutions with packaged or SaaS applications.
- Serve as an SME, collaborate across teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Lead process improvements, implement best practices, and provide solutions across teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- Strong understanding of robotic process automation concepts and best practices.
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying automation workflows using Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues and maintain system reliability.
- Familiarity with integrating automation solutions with packaged or SaaS applications.
- Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Apps experience are good-to-have qualifications.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
