Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, design, and delivery of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the software development lifecycle and make decisions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Establish and enforce development standards, best practices, code quality, scalability, and performance practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert and coordinate cross-functional efforts for seamless software integration and delivery.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, participate in team discussions and ceremonies, and provide solutions to complex problems.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required, with the posting additionally specifying a minimum of 10 years in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, including React, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, JPA/Hibernate, and JUnit.
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, server-side programming, and database management.
- Knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, application performance, and scalability.
- Experience with code reviews, testing, and continuous integration practices.
- Strong communication skills, independent working ability, initiative, and adaptability to new tools and processes.
- Fifteen years of full-time education is required; Ansible is listed as a nice-to-have skill.
