Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture and Solumina implementation for aerospace manufacturing programs.
- Gather business requirements and design scalable MES/MOM solutions aligned with manufacturing operations.
- Configure production execution, electronic work instructions, quality management, traceability, genealogy, and non-conformance management capabilities.
- Integrate MES solutions with SAP ERP, PLM, quality, supply chain, and shop-floor automation systems.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace manufacturing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct solution design workshops, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and IT teams to improve operational performance.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture governance, mentoring, facilitation, and coaching to project teams.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in MES/MOM, Manufacturing IT, or digital manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on experience with iBase-t Solumina; exposure to SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes, including assembly, MRO, quality, and shop-floor execution.
- Experience integrating MES platforms with SAP ERP, PLM, and automation systems.
- Knowledge of ISA-95, Manufacturing Operations Management, and Industry 4.0 frameworks.
- Understanding of product traceability, genealogy, electronic work instructions, and quality compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, information technology, or a related discipline.
