Base Salary
$180k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize onboarding flows, activation funnels, and viral loops that drive user growth.
- Implement monetization features including credit systems, paywalls, pricing experiments, and upgrade flows.
- Run A/B tests and improve the experimentation framework.
- Own growth metrics including sign-ups, activation rates, conversion, and retention.
- Work across the full stack from frontend to backend to analytics instrumentation.
- Partner with product management, design, and data teams to translate business goals into technical implementations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building production web applications with strong full-stack fundamentals.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js, or strong fundamentals in similar technologies.
- Strong product and business sense with motivation to improve growth and monetization metrics.
- Comfort using A/B testing and analytics and interpreting metrics.
- Ability to balance rapid experimentation with deliberate execution when handling credits and payments.
- Scrappy approach and comfort with ambiguity and iterative shipping.
- Experience with growth or monetization systems such as onboarding, paywalls, referrals, or payment flows is preferred.
