Responsibilities
- Lead GenAI, Agentic AI, and AI-SDLC transformation initiatives across engineering teams.
- Design and implement RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and AI-powered engineering solutions.
- Drive adoption of Spec Driven Development and AI-assisted software delivery practices.
- Integrate AI capabilities with GitHub, Jira, CI/CD, SonarQube, and developer toolchains.
- Define transformation roadmaps and engage stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on expertise in GenAI, prompt engineering, RAG, Agentic AI, and AI development tools.
- Experience with Copilot, Claude, AI agents, and AI-driven software engineering practices.
- Proven experience leading large-scale engineering transformations involving more than 300 engineers.
- Background in Java or .NET, microservices, cloud platforms, DevOps, and SRE.
- Excellent leadership, consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
