Base Salary

$87k - $198k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Maintain applications and keep legacy enterprise systems operational.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues, fix bugs, and continuously enhance applications using programming and scripting languages.
  • Upgrade systems to meet security requirements and advise clients on improving and modernizing existing systems.
  • Design, debug, create, and test software modules, components, applications, and interfaces with vendor products.
  • Lead design and code reviews and address findings within a collaborative, cross-functional team.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of software development experience building systems and applications in an Agile environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience with legacy enterprise systems and microservices or distributed application environments.
  • Experience with workflows, web parts, site maintenance, APIs, cloud platforms, programming, web development stacks, and application design and debugging.
  • Experience creating and testing modules and components for compliance with design specifications and developing and testing software interfaces.
  • Knowledge of source control systems such as Git.
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • HS diploma or GED.
  • Preferred: experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, React, Angular, NodeJS, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, shell scripting, automation, DevOps, continuous integration and continuous deployment, relational and hierarchical data structures, or functional programming.
  • Preferred: master’s degree in IT or Software Development.
