Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI agents using Microsoft Copilot and related technologies.
- Improve AI knowledge bases using internal documentation and operational procedures.
- Support AI-driven knowledge management and self-service solutions.
- Contribute to automation and digital transformation initiatives that simplify business processes and improve efficiency.
- Analyze and structure data to generate actionable insights and support reporting and trend analysis.
- Support cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives with teams across Europe.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Exposure to data analytics, automation, and AI technologies is a plus.
- Exposure to Python, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Power Platform, and system integrations is a plus.
- Applicants must provide an internship agreement from their university.
