Responsibilities
- Participate in a live, moderated usability study with a Testlio UX Researcher.
- Discuss how you currently send money from Germany or the Netherlands to India or Indian bank accounts.
- Complete an approximately $20 real-money transfer using the application under test.
- Share your screen, keep your camera on, and provide feedback about the experience in real time.
- Allow the testing session to be recorded for research and analysis.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be physically located in Germany or the Netherlands; VPN use is prohibited.
- Be comfortable speaking English; German or Dutch knowledge is ideal.
- Be available for the approximately 1.5-hour study at a specified time.
- Have a laptop or PC and an iPhone or Android phone.
- Have experience digitally sending money to people in India or Indian bank accounts.
- Have never used the Wise app.
- Regularly send money to India and have experience using money-transfer apps to send funds to India or Indian bank accounts.
