Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable distributed architectures for personalized care delivery.
- Own technical initiatives across the stack, including AI/ML-powered tools and system integrations.
- Define engineering standards and best practices to enable rapid development.
- Mentor and grow engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product, clinical, and data teams to translate healthcare requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive technology selection and infrastructure investments for future scalability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a Staff or Principal role.
- Proven track record in designing and building distributed systems at scale.
- Strong full-stack capabilities with expertise in modern backend technologies like Python, TypeScript, or Go.
- Experience in regulated industries, particularly healthcare, with a focus on security and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and elevate team capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts.
