Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead software engineers across all Room Experience teams.
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to identify use cases, leverage mobile devices and sensors in conference rooms, and design product features.
- Partner with peer managers and technical leads to align team roadmaps with the broader Meet and Workspace direction.
- Support team members’ career development and adoption of new DevAI practices.
- Communicate complex technical details effectively to engineering and non-engineering audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 3 years of full-stack development experience across back-end codebases such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ and front-end technologies including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- 2 years of experience leading teams.
- Preferred: client development experience on web, iOS, or Android platforms.
- Preferred: enterprise experience with real-time communications platforms.
- Preferred: experience with hardware platforms, especially kiosk or appliance applications deployed at scale.
