Responsibilities
- Learn to design, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce business solutions with experienced developers.
- Develop Salesforce applications and small features using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
- Analyze client requirements and define data models for business and technical needs.
- Evaluate Salesforce tools including Agentforce, DevOps Center, and Data Cloud and recommend adoption.
- Configure Agentforce AI agents using actions, Prompt Builder, and AI capabilities.
- Support and troubleshoot Salesforce customizations and integrations.
- Apply Salesforce best practices including secure coding, modular design, declarative-first development, and integration patterns.
- Collaborate with senior developers, product owners, and analysts to translate requirements into technical tasks.
Requirements
- Motivation to build a career in Salesforce development and willingness to learn.
- Basic programming knowledge in Java, C#, or similar languages and understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Willingness to learn LWC, Apex, Flows, APIs, and other Salesforce features.
- Interest in Agentforce and AI-driven development.
- Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or a related field; recent graduates are suitable.
- Advanced English proficiency at B2+ level and fluent Slovak proficiency at C1-C2 level.
- Salesforce experience, Trailhead modules, Salesforce projects, sandbox practice, CRM knowledge, or Salesforce certifications are advantageous but not required.
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and German language skills are additional advantages.
