Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain manufacturing software applications, databases, and reports using VC++, C#, Java, Python, MySQL, and Tableau.
- Administer, monitor, troubleshoot, maintain, and support the MES system.
- Create software usage, maintenance, and requirements documentation.
- Design and develop custom applications with management, engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to reduce downtime, support compliance, and improve productivity.
- Execute advanced SQL queries to produce process metrics, reports, and live dashboards.
- Troubleshoot software, workstations, and network-related issues on the production floor.
- Serve as the liaison between manufacturing and Corporate IT for project implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant degree.
- At least 2 years of programming experience, preferably including at least 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge or experience with MES and shop floor process applications.
- Preferred experience supporting manufacturing operations and using Microsoft Visual Studio, VS Code, VC++, C#, Python, RDBMS platforms, SAP, Tableau, Git, GitHub, GitLab, and Jira.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve, prioritize and execute tasks, and work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to sit or stand at a workstation or work cell for a full shift and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.

- Work is primarily on the production floor, approximately 70%, with the remaining time in office or laboratory environments; approximately 85% supports existing software and 15% supports new MES development.
- The position is expected to remain open until September 30, 2026.
