Responsibilities
- Plan, design, execute, and automate testing activities for ERP implementations and digital transformation programs.
- Create test plans, scenarios, cases, scripts, test data, and traceability matrices from business requirements and functional specifications.
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing across enterprise platforms.
- Validate Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Lead to Cash, supply chain, and warehouse processes.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution with business, consulting, and development teams.
- Build, execute, maintain, and optimize codeless and code-based automated test suites using Leapwork and Playwright.
- Manage test plans, suites, cycles, defect workflows, testing metrics, status reports, defect trends, and quality dashboards.
- Support test estimation, planning, risk assessment, environment management, release validation, and continuous testing through CI/CD pipelines.
- Use AI-assisted techniques to improve test design, test data generation, automation development, defect analysis, and testing efficiency.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing.
- Strong experience with both manual and automation testing.
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Salesforce.
- Experience creating detailed test scenarios and scripts from business requirements.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Preferred experience includes ERP business process testing, API and integration testing, and performance testing concepts and tools.
- Preferred experience includes AI-assisted testing, generative AI platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT, and testing AI-enabled applications and generative AI solutions.
- Preferred familiarity with AI quality risks including hallucinations, prompt sensitivity, non-deterministic responses, bias, data grounding issues, explainability, and model drift.
