Base Salary
$213k - $263k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect simulation solutions for new initiatives like complex weather setups and geography expansions.
- Design and implement an orchestration layer that dynamically selects simulator features based on context.
- Navigate and debug a large C++ codebase to resolve complex interactions between systems.
- Collaborate with teams across Simulator, Eval, and Onboard organizations to create comprehensive simulation solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
- Solid proficiency in C++ (preferred) or Python.
- Experience in building orchestration or integration layers for large-scale software systems.
- Proven track record of delivering solutions in complex technical domains.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
