Base Salary
$138k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding and implementation, including planning, scoping, milestones, and success metrics.
- Own the post-sales technical relationship with customer engineering and security teams.
- Develop implementation plans that help customers achieve First Time to Value quickly and reliably.
- Identify blockers, expectation gaps, and skill gaps; manage risks and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Services, Product, Support, and Development teams on handoffs and issue resolution.
- Create technical guides, implementation templates, internal runbooks, and repeatable processes.
- Coordinate support needs, triage technical issues, and advocate for customers by sharing feedback with Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a post-sales technical role such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Implementation Consultant.
- Experience building and/or deploying AI systems or applications.
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including networking, containers, and security protocols.
- Experience leading technical deployments across on-premises, hybrid, or complex SaaS environments.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in regulated industries is preferred, particularly with AI/ML or cybersecurity products.
- Strong communication and project management skills, including the ability to set expectations, drive timelines, and maintain alignment.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a high-growth environment with ambiguity.
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration is nice to have.
