Responsibilities
- Lead the development and enhancement of Cohere’s data and AI platforms.
- Design and implement reusable integration patterns to minimize custom development efforts.
- Provide technical leadership across the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Integration Ops, product teams, and solutions architects.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare security and privacy regulations.
- Contribute to sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
Requirements
- 9+ years in the software development lifecycle with experience in scalable data and AI platforms.
- Deep experience in designing and building platforms for data and ML engineering.
- Proven expertise in large-scale data infrastructure, ideally in cloud-based environments.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and compliance regulations.
- Commitment to high-quality code and experience with CI/CD practices.
- Ability to proactively identify and resolve platform issues.
