Responsibilities
- Provide Microsoft 365 application development, implementation, integration, and consulting services for customers.
- Develop and customize Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Connections, and related solutions.
- Support citizen development through training, workshops, Center of Excellence establishment, and governance planning.
- Manage project quality, schedules, costs, project teams, and selected upstream activities such as requirements definition and basic design.
- Participate in proposals for new and existing customers.
- Develop solutions using Copilot Studio, Azure Functions, Azure Storage Account, and Logic Apps when applicable.
Requirements
- Experience in Microsoft 365 application development or consulting projects, including SharePoint or Teams.
- Experience in Power Platform development or consulting projects.
- Experience developing with Copilot Studio, Azure Functions, Azure Storage Account, or Logic Apps is accepted.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency, approximately JLPT N1, is required for candidates whose native language is not Japanese.
- Ability to create business materials using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.
- Project lead or application architect experience is preferred.
- DevOps development experience, Agile development experience, Azure Functions or Azure Logic Apps development experience, and Viva Connections experience are preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 or Power Platform application development, or development experience with C# or React, is sought.
