Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and test web-based workflow automation solutions, new features, enhancements, and APIs running on AWS and Azure.
- Define testable, maintainable, secure, and scalable enterprise solution architectures.
- Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions using DevSecOps pipelines.
- Prototype features, gather user feedback, and collaborate with product owners, team leads, developers, customers, and management.
- Participate in code reviews and improve code efficiency, maintainability, robustness, and development lifecycle processes.
- Support and debug production issues and deliver fixes.
- Manage DevOps processes and cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
- Design and maintain SQL and relational databases, including MySQL and MSSQL.
- Build and integrate REST and SOAP APIs and web services.
- Apply Agile development and test automation practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership and consensus-building around solutions.
- Build AI-enabled applications using RAG, MCP, agents, and LLMs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 8 years of software development experience using Java/Spring Boot, React, and Python.
- Experience developing and deploying cloud-native solutions on AWS and Azure.
- Experience with enterprise solution architecture, DevOps processes, cloud infrastructure, databases, APIs, debugging, and test automation.
- Experience using Jira, Git, and AI-enabled IDEs such as Claude Code.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, self-organization, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, Camunda workflow automation experience, business workflow analysis, Claude Code experience, software architecture and design-pattern expertise, large-scale enterprise implementation leadership, and AI-enabled application development using RAG, MCP, agents, and LLMs.
