Responsibilities
- Create and assure key architecture artefacts, including Key Design Decisions, Technical Options Papers, and High Level Designs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical vision and establish architectural guardrails.
- Support senior leaders with case-for-change development, cost estimation, and detailed planning.
- Work across multiple teams and stakeholders using agile delivery practices.
- Use technical skills to solve client problems while contributing to internal projects.
- Lead or advise as a subject-matter expert across architectural domains such as business, data, application, technology, and security.
Requirements
- Hands-on software engineering experience with experience leading engineering teams to deliver applications and services.
- Clear understanding and practical application of architecture and delivery methodologies.
- Specialism in at least one architectural domain: Business, Data, Application, Technology, or Security.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
- Experience across major technology vendors such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle, IBM, and Salesforce is welcomed.
- Relevant methodology and cloud technology certifications are advantageous.
