Responsibilities
- Create and assure key architecture artefacts, including Key Design Decisions, Technical Options Papers, and High Level Designs.
- Collaborate with engineering teams as a lead subject matter expert to define technical vision and establish architectural guardrails.
- Support senior leaders with cases for change, cost estimation, and detailed planning.
- Apply agile delivery practices while working cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders.
- Use technical expertise to solve client problems and contribute to internal projects.
Requirements
- Hands-on software engineering background with experience leading engineering teams delivering applications and services.
- Practical understanding and application of architecture and delivery methodologies.
- Ability to work across business, data, application, technology, and security architecture, with specialization in at least one domain.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
- Certifications in relevant methodologies and cloud technologies are advantageous.
- Experience across major vendors such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle, IBM, and Salesforce is welcomed.
