Generative AI Developer

- Design and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines for enterprise applications.
- Develop chatbots, conversational AI solutions, and enterprise question-answering assistants.
- Implement prompt engineering, chunking strategies, embeddings optimization, query rewriting, multi-vector retrieval, and reranking.
- Build agentic and orchestration workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
- Develop PDF and document extraction pipelines and advanced context retrieval solutions.
- Enable Text-to-SQL models and natural-language querying across structured and unstructured data.
- Integrate Generative AI applications with simple user interfaces using basic web technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of overall IT experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or LLM-based solution development.
- Strong proficiency in Python; knowledge of Java or similar technologies is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models and prompt engineering.
- Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or Milvus, and agentic frameworks or orchestration tools.
- Expertise in chunking strategies, embeddings optimization, chatbot development, conversational AI, document extraction, and advanced context retrieval.
- Experience with Text-to-SQL models and querying structured and unstructured data.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or React components for simple UI integration.
