Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision and implementation of AI-supported front end solutions in React and Typescript.
- Champion engineering best practices including accessibility, quality, and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver impactful features.
- Mentor and coach fellow engineers to enhance their skills and practices.
- Tackle complex technical challenges and provide clarity in fast-changing product needs.
- Influence and uphold engineering standards within the Continuous Feedback team.
Requirements
- Significant experience building large-scale SaaS front ends using React and Typescript.
- Deep knowledge of web application architecture, performance optimization, and user-centric design.
- Proven track record of technical leadership and shaping engineering practices.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to identify roadblocks and technical debt.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to balance delivery speed with quality.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and provide technical leadership in evolving product spaces.
- Passion for enhancing customer and user experience in feedback processes.
