Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for web and mobile applications.
- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and usability testing.
- Analyze defects, logs, and application behavior; reproduce customer-reported issues and collaborate with developers on resolution.
- Identify quality risks and improve testing processes, quality standards, and team practices.
- Participate in feature planning and refinement to ensure quality is considered from the start.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software quality assurance experience in an agile environment.
- Knowledge of QA processes, test design techniques, and test management tools.
- Programming experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and hands-on experience with Playwright or Cypress.
- Familiarity with browser developer tools and basic SQL knowledge.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort using AI-powered tools to improve testing and automation workflows.
- Attention to UI consistency, usability, and overall user experience; English communication skills are required.
