Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design technically sound software products.
- Lead the design, development, and operation of software products across organizational units.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to software teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure the quality of software solutions and implemented projects.
- Collaborate with software product teams to integrate systems across business functions.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their career development.
Requirements
- Engineering or Computer Science background with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading software teams and setting technical direction.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
- Proficiency with SonarQube, Kubernetes, GitLab, MERN, Spring Boot, and React Native.
- Strong understanding of software security best practices and vulnerability mitigation.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical colleagues.
