Base Salary
$138k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new customers, including planning, scoping, milestones, and success metrics.
- Own the post-sales technical relationship and serve as the primary point of contact for customer engineering and security teams.
- Develop implementation plans that help customers achieve First Time to Value quickly and reliably.
- Identify and manage blockers, misaligned expectations, skill gaps, and other deployment risks.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Services, Product, and Support on handoffs, knowledge sharing, and issue resolution.
- Document repeatable processes, technical guides, implementation templates, and internal runbooks.
- Coordinate support needs, triage technical issues, and collaborate with Support and Development teams.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform the product roadmap and future services.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a post-sales technical role such as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Implementation Consultant.
- Experience building and/or deploying AI systems or applications.
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including networking, containers, and security protocols.
- Experience leading technical deployments across on-premises, hybrid, or complex SaaS environments.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in regulated industries is preferred, particularly with AI/ML or cybersecurity products.
- Strong communication, project management, expectation-setting, timeline-management, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a high-growth environment with ambiguity.
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration is a nice-to-have qualification.
