Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, resilient backend and frontend services using .NET, Angular, and RESTful APIs.
- Lead registry modernization initiatives, including containerization of legacy .NET workloads, runtime upgrades, and deployment and operational reliability improvements.
- Drive technical design discussions and make pragmatic architectural decisions within the team.
- Own solutions end-to-end from design through deployment and production operation, including reliability and operational outcomes.
- Establish and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and contribute to standardized engineering practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Platform, and engineering teams to deliver production-ready capabilities.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and day-to-day technical leadership.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience building production systems with .NET and C#, preferably modern .NET.
- Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM.
- Proficiency with Angular, TypeScript, and RESTful API design.
- Solid understanding of SQL Server and relational data modeling.
- Comfort operating in production environments and learning from real-world feedback.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development and testing tools to improve productivity, code quality, and operational efficiency.
- Experience with Docker, Terraform, CloudFormation, or Kubernetes-based platforms is preferred.
- Background in system modernization, refactoring, or legacy platform evolution is preferred.
- Experience with database performance optimization is preferred.
- Exposure to AI-driven QA, such as Playwright or Cypress with AI integrations, is preferred.
- Clear communication, collaboration, ownership, and strong engineering judgment are required.
