Responsibilities
- Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services from design to operation.
- Scale systems sustainably through automation and drive reliability improvements.
- Establish low noise incident response rotations and conduct blameless postmortems.
- Write and review code, develop documentation, and debug complex distributed systems.
- Collaborate with software engineers to maintain and optimize SLOs.
- Participate in a 12x7 on-call rotation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in at least one modern programming language.
- Systematic problem-solving methods and effective communication skills.
- Ability to access U.S. export-controlled technologies or obtain necessary licenses.
