Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Engineer zero-defect implementations by understanding business logic and configuring systems.
- Proactively solve edge cases before they escalate into issues.
- Write precise documentation and collaborate with engineering to identify product gaps.
- Inform roadmap decisions using real-world customer data.
- Define how technical operations scale and establish best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 1-3 years in technical roles, with exceptional new grads encouraged to apply.
- Strong programming fundamentals in Python, SQL, APIs, and data structures.
- Based in NYC and excited about in-office collaboration.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
