Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and support enterprise RPA and agentic automation solutions.
- Analyze business processes, translate requirements into technical designs, and identify automation opportunities.
- Develop reusable, scalable, secure, and supportable automation components following architecture and development standards.
- Lead automation initiatives from solution design through production deployment.
- Perform code reviews, support testing, and ensure solution quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to automation governance, standards, and reusable assets.
- Resolve production issues, optimize automation performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Integrate automation with enterprise applications, AI services, SAP, and APIs.
- Mentor associate developers and share technical expertise with the Automation Team.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator for development, deployment, monitoring, and support.
- Experience with UiPath Automation Cloud and enterprise RPA governance.
- Experience designing and implementing AI-powered automations, including integrations with large language models.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath Document Understanding, Communications Mining, or other intelligent document processing solutions.
- Strong understanding of automation architecture, reusable component design, exception handling, logging, and performance optimization.
- Experience with SAP automation through GUI, APIs, or other SAP integration technologies.
- Knowledge of source control tools such as Azure DevOps and Git repositories.
- Experience mentoring junior developers, performing code reviews, and promoting development standards and best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related technical field.
- UiPath Certified Professional certification or equivalent is preferred; UiPath Agentic Automation certification is an advantage.
