Responsibilities
- Develop custom full-stack enterprise software solutions across backend and frontend components.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Build scalable, high-performing applications using modern frameworks and engineering practices.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists to support seamless integration and adoption.
- Accelerate delivery while maintaining software quality and reliability.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, and LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Backend experience with one or more of Java/Spring Boot, .NET/C#, or Python.
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, REST/GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, and CI/CD pipelines.
