Base Salary
$110k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze IT system architectures, scope technical projects, recommend improvements, and participate in architecture and information security reviews.
- Manage technical implementation projects remotely and at client sites while communicating progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify integration opportunities between cloud or on-premises agency systems and Axon products, and recommend deployment plans.
- Gather requirements, implement third-party solutions in development environments, assess integration feasibility, and document technical capabilities and support requirements.
- Collaborate with project, product, engineering, sales, account management, and agency teams to deliver software deployments and integrations.
- Build, test, document, and deploy integrations with developers and the Director of Integrations.
- Write code using API capabilities to optimize repetitive implementation tasks and work with DevOps to merge automation code.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 4 years of experience analyzing and developing technical systems and software solutions.
- Expert networking knowledge, including LAN/WAN, security, IP Video, and Video Management Systems, plus experience managing technical projects, implementations, and integrations.
- Expert-level Linux knowledge, including containerization platforms such as Docker.
- Advanced understanding of cloud technologies, software development packages, data management tools, IT business processes, architecture review boards, and IT security reviews.
- Advanced hands-on experience with APIs and systems integration, including REST and SOAP.
- Advanced skills in SQL, Python, Java, and cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
- Demonstrated enterprise software systems understanding and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management experience or PMI certification is a plus but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, support company-wide initiatives, handle confidential information, and maintain CJIS clearance after passing a background check.
