Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered workflows to solve real problems using LLMs and internal platforms.
- Design systems for extensibility, allowing others to build on top of your work.
- Ship solutions quickly and iterate based on team feedback.
- Engineer reliable AI systems that scale and coordinate multiple agents.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in production software development.
- 2+ years in a prior role with demonstrated promotions.
- Experience building AI-powered solutions and understanding prompt engineering.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and clean code practices.
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
