Responsibilities
- Partner with diverse business stakeholders to identify problems and rapidly deliver impactful data- and AI-powered solutions.
- Build full-stack solutions spanning backend development, frontend development, data pipelines, AI tools, Python, and React.
- Design, build, and deploy production AI solutions that accelerate workflows for non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop dashboards and Streamlit applications using Databricks and Snowflake AI tools such as Genie and Cortex.
- Communicate in non-technical language, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders informed from entry level through executive leadership.
- Contribute to engineering standards, architecture frameworks, operational playbooks, technical guidelines, and reusable internal marketplace assets.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience working with customers or business stakeholders and communicating effectively with non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Python and data pipelining, such as ETL.
- Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks; one is sufficient.
- Ideally, experience with Genie Code, Cortex Code, Notebooks, and Streamlit.
- Ability to rapidly understand ambiguous problem spaces, apply product judgment, and deliver practical solutions.
- Ability to establish modular architectures and align solutions with engineering standards and roadmaps.
- Curiosity, adaptability, empathy, creativity, and a strong customer and impact focus.
