Responsibilities
- Monitor cloud-based SaaS infrastructure for uptime and performance.
- Track application health and log/report errors and anomalies.
- Follow incident escalation procedures based on severity and SLA guidelines.
- Learn and adapt to evolving internal infrastructure and technologies.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages.
- Assist in maintenance activities and deployments to ensure system stability.
- Document operational procedures and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of cloud services, preferably AWS, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux/Unix and Windows Server.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot system issues.
- Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, VBScript, or Regex.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in a 24×7 shift model if needed.
