Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop an innovative software-based solution to a complex customer challenge as part of a collaborative internship team.
- Apply software development best practices using programming languages such as .NET, C++, JavaScript, Java, or Python.
- Learn and apply new programming languages and frameworks as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates in a startup accelerator-style environment.
- Produce technical documentation and design artifacts when needed.
- Present the team’s solution to senior leadership in the final Challenge Cup competition.
Requirements
- Experience with .NET, C++, JavaScript, Java, or Python in a professional, academic, or internship environment.
- Knowledge of software development best practices.
- Ability to learn new languages and frameworks.
- Ability to work in groups.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Scheduled to obtain a bachelor’s degree in a Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field by Summer 2028 or Summer 2029.
- Preferred: ability to produce technical documentation and create design artifacts.
- Preferred: excellent critical thinking, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
