$136k - $204k/yr

Responsibilities

Spearhead technical pre-sales campaigns for Mid Market and Enterprise clients.
Conduct technical discovery to understand customer architectures and challenges.
Host technical workshops to align solutions with business outcomes.
Architect and execute Proof of Value plans to secure technical selection.
Become an expert in Klaviyo's integrations and data pipelines.
Support product alignment by communicating customer needs to product teams.
Educate sales team members and clients as a technical subject matter expert.
Transform workflows by integrating AI into systems and processes.

3+ years of experience in sales engineering or solutions engineering for software products.
Proficiency in web development languages such as Javascript, Node.js, and React.
Experience with REST APIs and general-purpose programming languages like Python.
Strong domain knowledge in marketing automation tools, customer data platforms, and eCommerce systems.
Ability to adapt to the evolving technical landscape and implement optimized solutions.
Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with AI tools and a willingness to explore new technologies.
