Base Salary
$180k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remediate security risks.
- Perform static and dynamic vulnerability assessments and drive remediation efforts.
- Evaluate security risks in AI systems and enhance threat detection using AI tools.
- Maintain and mature Odyssey's SOC 2 Type II program.
- Design and implement security controls across the technology stack.
- Translate complex security findings into actionable remediation steps.
- Continuously audit policies and controls to stay ahead of threats.
- Embed security into developer workflows without compromising velocity.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Software Engineering experience with a focus on security.
- Solid understanding of industry standards and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with AI-assisted tooling for threat detection and vulnerability analysis.
- Experience deploying and operating SAST, DAST, and SCA tools.
- Strong track record managing security projects end-to-end.
- Experience with penetration testing tools and methodologies.
