Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, train, validate, optimize, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning models and data solutions.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate testing across development, integration, deployment, and operations.
- Write scalable, maintainable code and create technical documentation covering model development, deployment, operations, designs, and user procedures.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, software engineers, platform engineers, QA testers, IT operations, and project managers to deliver production-integrated solutions.
- Provide ongoing production support, including incident and problem management, root cause analysis, security compliance, fault repair, resiliency testing, and observability.
- Research advancements in machine learning and MLOps and implement innovative solutions to improve the company’s ML capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or at least seven years of software development experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least four years of experience in machine learning, MLOps, and/or software development.
- In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle practices, particularly MLOps and DevOps.
- Experience developing, integrating, testing, and deploying cloud-based or internet-related software solutions.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience developing microservices and knowledge of integration patterns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be at least eighteen years old and legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Preferred qualifications include Databricks experience, supply chain experience, R&D experience, and AI implementation experience involving RAG, TAG, or other generative or agentic workloads.
