Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end technical delivery for major customer projects.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design effective, scalable solutions.
- Architect and implement integrations with diverse healthcare data sources.
- Rapidly diagnose and resolve deployment and integration issues.
- Gather user feedback and translate it into actionable improvements.
- Document deployment processes and best practices.
- Build proof-of-concept solutions and automate deployment tasks.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Go, Python, or Java preferred).
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to new challenges.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-ownership startup environments.
- Willingness to work on-site at customer locations in NYC or Bengaluru.
