Responsibilities
- Collaborate with domain experts to translate business needs into clear and effective LLM prompts.
- Develop, test, and refine prompts across multiple use cases for accuracy and relevance.
- Work with software developers to integrate LLM solutions into existing and new applications.
- Develop a scalable prompt-engineering framework that promotes reuse and knowledge sharing.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to improve prompt effectiveness.
- Track LLM advancements and contribute to tool and platform selection decisions.
- Document prompt-engineering processes, best practices, and use-case outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Preferred advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with prompt engineering and tools such as OpenAI GPT models and Hugging Face.
- Proficiency in Python or other AI/ML programming languages.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and data-processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Experience or internships involving NLP or machine-learning projects.
- Familiarity with Git and understanding of traditional industry operations and challenges.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
