Base Salary
$180k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of key LangSmith product features across Go, Python, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to iterate on new features.
- Mentor and guide junior team members while driving project timelines and maintaining high engineering standards.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Design and scale APIs for high-performance, data-intensive applications.
- Engage directly with enterprise customers, developer end-users, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience working on complex platform products.
- Fullstack engineering experience with Go or Python on the backend and React with TypeScript on the frontend.
- Strong understanding of database systems, particularly Postgres and Redis.
- Experience designing and scaling APIs, preferably in a high-performance, data-intensive application.
- Ability to ship quickly, iterate based on user feedback, communicate effectively, collaborate with stakeholders, and take strong ownership.
- Experience with AI/LLM-powered applications, developer tools, or observability platforms is a bonus.
