Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and teams to identify workflows and high-impact automation opportunities.
- Redesign processes to remove unnecessary steps and create simpler, scalable ways of working.
- Build, test, deploy, and maintain AI-powered workflows using LLMs, agents, and related tools.
- Integrate existing systems through APIs and automation platforms.
- Document solutions, establish guardrails, and enable teams to adopt and maintain automations.
- Measure time savings, capacity creation, and efficiency gains to prioritize future work.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous automation problems from ideation through implementation, maintenance, and measurable impact.
- Hands-on experience using LLMs and AI tools such as Claude and OpenAI to solve business problems.
- Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, security, access controls, and sensitive-information handling.
- Experience building and deploying AI-powered solutions and connecting systems through APIs.
- Familiarity with Python or a similar programming language, SQL, databases, and automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Familiarity with Git, Vercel, Railway, or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to understand business processes, identify opportunities, work independently, and drive solutions through implementation and iteration.
- Experience with workflow orchestration or RPA tools, data pipelines or BI tooling, or restaurant technology and vertical SaaS is preferred.
