Base Salary
$129k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement software features for Cisco Phone and Room collaboration devices.
- Develop performance-critical, device-level applications using C and C++.
- Build software for embedded systems or network devices.
- Use Python or Java for scripting, automation, application development, and integration within device software.
- Manage production-ready CI/CD pipelines and write automation tests.
- Collaborate with senior technical leaders and cross-functional engineering teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with five years of related software development experience or a master’s degree with three years of related software development experience.
- Experience with C and C++ for performance-critical, device-level applications.
- Experience developing software for embedded systems or network devices.
- Experience using Python or Java for scripting, automation, application development, and device-software integration.
- Experience with production-ready CI/CD pipelines and automation testing.
- Preferred experience with Git and command-line tools supporting development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and adaptability skills.
