Base Salary

$129k - $185k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement software features for Cisco Phone and Room collaboration devices.
  • Develop performance-critical, device-level applications using C and C++.
  • Build software for embedded systems or network devices.
  • Use Python or Java for scripting, automation, application development, and integration within device software.
  • Manage production-ready CI/CD pipelines and write automation tests.
  • Collaborate with senior technical leaders and cross-functional engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with five years of related software development experience or a master’s degree with three years of related software development experience.
  • Experience with C and C++ for performance-critical, device-level applications.
  • Experience developing software for embedded systems or network devices.
  • Experience using Python or Java for scripting, automation, application development, and device-software integration.
  • Experience with production-ready CI/CD pipelines and automation testing.
  • Preferred experience with Git and command-line tools supporting development workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and adaptability skills.
