Responsibilities

Understand complex application systems to debug business-impacting issues.
Utilize incident management processes and tools to generate reports and take corrective actions.
Leverage logging techniques for alerting, monitoring, and identifying root causes of incidents.
Follow standards and best practices to ensure operational efficiencies and system stability.
Lead planning and execution of system upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities.
Use continuous delivery practices to support high-quality software development.
Employ DevOps tools and practices for software deployment and operation.
Mentor less-experienced peers through technical knowledge and leadership.
Apply the latest technology thinking to solve client problems.

Experience in Kotlin and Typescript.
Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with application monitoring tools like DataDog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
Familiarity with relational or non-relational databases.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure pipelines.
Strong debugging and triaging skills.
Ability to ensure high-quality and well-tested deliverables.
Capability to conduct system performance analysis and implement optimization strategies.
High-level understanding of various architectures including microservices and serverless.
Good communication and articulation skills.
