Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and oversee solution development, testing, operational readiness, implementation, and rollout.
- Design front-end, back-end, and AI components while considering cybersecurity and cloud technologies.
- Define solutions and guide data scientists, ML engineers, and prompt engineers through successful implementation.
- Oversee the development and implementation of machine learning algorithms and models for large-scale data analysis and decision-making.
- Lead technology demonstrator initiatives on cloud platforms and evolve project plans.
- Act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for product-related issues and maintenance.
- Identify, propose, and implement innovative solutions and contribute to software, product, and solution development.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in software solution development.
- At least 5 years of exposure to deep-tech work as a data lead and data specialist.
- Specialist experience leading at least two successful global product or solution rollouts.
- Strong solution and design expertise in data analytics, AI, GenAI, and rapid application development.
- Hands-on experience with recent AI and technology tools such as LLMs, SLMs, DevOps tools, and Copilots.
- Experience working with Agile teams and global stakeholders while demonstrating technology leadership.
- Master’s degree in computer science.
