Base Salary
$111k - $237k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and support full stack applications, workflows, and supporting services in Palantir Foundry.
- Build user-facing functionality, backend logic, APIs, workflow features, and automation for enterprise use cases.
- Develop and maintain batch and near-real-time data pipelines integrating legacy enterprise systems into Foundry.
- Implement data transformations, validations, and quality checks for reliable data products.
- Align development with ontology models, governance standards, integration patterns, architecture standards, and secure development practices.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, defect resolution, code reviews, and deployment support.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, developers, security teams, infrastructure teams, and operations teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, demos, retrospectives, status reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of prior relevant experience, or a graduate degree and 7 years of prior related experience, or 13 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience developing software with Python, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with full stack development, including frontend development, backend services, APIs, and data-driven applications.
- Experience with relational or non-relational databases, data transformations, systems integration, enterprise data pipelines, ETL processes, or application integrations.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular and backend/API development or scripting in Python or Java.
- Experience with Palantir Foundry, including pipelines, Code Repositories, Workshop, Operational Applications, or ontology-based development.
- Understanding of software engineering practices including version control, code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and CI/CD concepts.
- Experience in agile development environments and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps concepts, containerization, infrastructure automation, secure software development, and data governance.
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled workflows, analytics applications, or data products.
- Experience in regulated industries such as defense, aerospace, manufacturing, finance, or healthcare.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
