Base Salary

$129k - $210k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the technical vision for quality engineering across Financial Reporting products.
  • Build and evolve scalable automated test frameworks covering API, integration, contract, end-to-end, user-workflow, performance, and resiliency testing.
  • Design quality-platform capabilities for distributed systems, including CI/CD integrations, test environments, release validation, and quality signals.
  • Drive performance, load, scale, reliability, and chaos-testing strategies for critical services and customer workflows.
  • Establish quality metrics, telemetry standards, and dashboards to identify release risk, vulnerabilities, and regressions.
  • Govern the safety, testability, consistency, readiness evaluation, rollback, and human-confirmation paths for AI-generated code and agent integrations.
  • Lead cross-functional technical initiatives from strategy and architecture through implementation, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
  • Prototype and deliver shared platform components while enabling product teams to adopt reusable quality capabilities.
  • Mentor Senior and Mid-level engineers and establish scalable engineering standards across product teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in software engineering, software development in test, test infrastructure, quality engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience leading complex, ambiguous, multi-team technical initiatives from strategy through delivery, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
  • Advanced experience evaluating AI-assisted or agent-authored code and building frameworks for measuring AI-agent decision correctness.
  • Experience designing scalable automated testing strategies and tooling for distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and backend infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in one or more of TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with CI/CD integration, test environments, release validation, observability, and multiple testing layers.
  • Experience architecting quality-engineering solutions in cloud-native environments using tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Playwright.
  • Ability to influence technical leaders, mentor engineers, establish reusable platforms or standards, and align distributed engineering organizations.
  • Experience managing outsourced testing teams is preferred.

  • US salary range of $129,000.00-$210,000.00, with a discretionary bonus typically paid annually.
