Base Salary
$150k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write code to help customers use Alchemy’s infrastructure effectively.
- Design, scale, and optimize customer systems, including smart contract automation and custom data pipelines.
- Help customers onboard, integrate, and ship products on Alchemy’s infrastructure.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for strategic accounts and resolve technical blockers.
- Translate developer and customer needs into product insights and roadmap priorities.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business Development to improve the user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Strong foundation in systems design, APIs, and distributed architecture.
- Direct customer-facing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or infrastructure.
- Ability to write and read code using Python, TypeScript, or similar scripting languages.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to builders and executives.
- Interest in blockchain, crypto, and infrastructure.
- Experience at a high-growth startup or scaling a product is preferred.
