Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to ensure code quality, accuracy, testability, efficiency, and adherence to available technology guidelines.
- Contribute to documentation and educational content and update it based on product or program changes and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing their effects on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
- Design and implement solutions in specialized ML areas, leverage ML infrastructure, and demonstrate expertise in a chosen field.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of experience programming in Python or C++.
- Three years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products and one year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Three years of experience in speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another ML field, including three years with ML infrastructure.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: five years of experience with data structures and algorithms, one year in a technical leadership role, and experience developing accessible technologies.
Benefits
- US base pay of $174000-$252000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
